Q: Who is Elegance Oven Cleaning? A: Elegance Oven Cleaning is Sydney's largest non-franchised, Australian owned professional oven cleaning company. We pride ourselves on rejuvenating your oven and bring it back towards how it looked when it was new, whilst using non-toxic, non-caustic & fume-fume products which are safe for you, your family & your pets.
Q: Why should I have my oven cleaned by Elegance Oven Cleaning? A: Elegance Oven Cleaning does not take the approach of many cleaners who just spray and pray with a strong caustic oven cleaner. This approach can leave harmful & toxic chemicals in your oven which will affect the taste of your food and be a risk to your family. Elegance oven cleaning provides a rejuvenating clean which is non-toxic and will leave your oven looking sparkling.
Q: What is involved in having my oven cleaned by Elegance Oven Cleaning? A: As you will have seen on the video Elegance Oven Cleaning does a deep clean; we lay down floor mats & remove the door. From here we remove all the internal parts and soak them in our tank in the van where they come up brand new. We completely clean the inside of the oven (behind the back wall) with our non-toxic products. Where possible on 95% of ovens we will also clean in between the glass panels of your door and polish the outside.
Q: What products does Elegance Oven Cleaning use? A: Elegance Oven Cleaning using products which are designed to be effective but at the same time are non-toxic, non-caustic & fume free. These products will not harm your oven or your family, and you can use the oven as soon as we finish.
Q: Can I purchase these products? A: Currently we do not offer our products for sale to the public, but we do offer a great scheduled maintenance cleaning service every 3, 6 or 12 months. Just ask your friendly oven technician.
Q: Can you do repairs? A: Yes, we can replace light globes on the day. But if you would like a seal or hinge replaced we will have to order it in for you. Just contact us on 1300 353 840 and we can provide you with a quote.
Q: How long does the process take? A: Our fully trained technician will usually take anywhere from 1hr to 2 hours for a very dirty oven.
